LAHOA was formed to assist, support, and develop USA Hockey certified officials and help them in promoting the growth of ice hockey at all levels in the Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, San Bernardino, Kern, and Riverside Counties.

If a seminar is full, please click the link next to the seminar to email the LAHOA registrar about a waitlist. NO WALK-UPS WILL BE ALLOWED!

Registration will begin 30 minutes before the seminar start time. Please check-in at the classroom location and bring money for lunch (on your own), paper, pen and a number-two pencil. Seminars will including classroom instruction and an ice session. You must be present for the entire seminar to receive credit for your attendance. All participants are required to wear skates, a helmet and a whistle during the ice session. A full uniform is required for ALL returning officials.

All beginners and returning first year officials are required to attend a Beginners seminar. Returning officials with two or more years of experience may attend the Advanced seminar. All officials applying for Level 2 or 3 will need to take a closed-book rules test at the seminar.
